ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION SALE OF SURPLUS BOROUGH OF DEAL PROPERTY
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36, the Borough of Deal will conduct a Public Auction Sale of surplus Borough of Deal property no longer needed. The auction will be held over the Internet.

Length of auction: November 10, 2023, 9:00 am – November 14, 2023, 7:00 pm
Inspection of items for sale: November 13, 2023, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Location: Deal Public Works Building, 80 Runyan Avenue, Deal, NJ 07723.
All bidders are required to electronically register for bidding at the website noted above. All bidders participating in this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined on the site and agree to be bound thereby.
All sales will be made to the highest bidder and shall be final. All items are sold in an “as is, where is” condition, free from any guarantee or warranty. The payment terms of the sale are posted on the website. All items must be removed within five (5) business days of the close of the auction.
The Borough of Deal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
