PUBLIC NOTICE SPECIAL EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Deal will hold a Special Meeting at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, October 23, 2024. The meeting will be held in the Court Room of Borough Hall, 190 Norwood Avenue, Deal, New Jersey. Formal action may or may not be taken.
The agenda of the meeting shall consist of the following:
– Public Comment
– Executive (Closed) Session:
1) Contract Negotiation
2) Anticipated/Pending Litigation
3) Attorney Client Privilege
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the meeting shall be open to the public or that a portion of the meeting shall be closed to the public, under the applicable exceptions to the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act.
