BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Deal is scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and will enter into an Executive (Closed) Session immediately following the special meeting for the purpose of litigation and personnel matters. The meeting will be held in the Court Room of Borough Hall, 190 Norwood Avenue, Deal, New Jersey. The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss possible amendments to Ordinance 1288 ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND BOROUGH COMMISSIONER’S OF THE BOROUGH OF DEAL, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER XXX SECTION 8.6 OF THE BOROUGH CODE ENTITLED EXPIRATION OF VARIANCE. Formal action will be taken.
