PUBLIC NOTICE:
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE BOROUGH OF DEAL WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, MARCH 25, 2025 AT 10:30 A.M. AT BOROUGH HALL IN THE MUNICIPAL COURT ROOM, 190 NORWOOD AVENUE, DEAL, NEW JERSEY. The agenda for the special meeting to the extent known as of the date of this public notice is for the purposes of entering an executive session, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-13, to discuss contract negotiations in which the Borough and/or the Board of Commissioners are, or may become, a party, as permitted by N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b)(7), with respect to the Deal Casino Beach redevelopment project.
No official action will be taken at the special meeting. Anyone wishing to attend the special meeting must attend in person at the address listed above. There is no option to attend this special meeting remotely.
